The montly contract price will depend on the monthly rental price for the propperty, starting from R180.00 per month.

The client can recover these cost form the lessee buy including this cost to the rental agreement in full, or split the cost percentage wise.


The Client will be responsible to inform/arrange the lessee by including the tenant for authorization for access to the property for monthly assessments.


The Assessor will set up the dates for the assessments with the Tenant prior to assessments


Assesment records will be kept on database for future reference, available for letting agents or private owners letting out property.
