The aim of the Association is to be a service provider in the Asset/property Management sector providing a professional property related service
(monthly assessments of your property and feedback to you as the Client).

We would like to keep you informed on your assets on a month to month basis. You are up to date with your own assets and can monitor the progress on your own home from the comfort of your own couch.

	Areas we give feedback on ... • Front of premises • Entrance and Gate Area, Paved Area, Gate and Fencing, Garden Area • Roofs • Gutters & Down Pipes • Walls, Outside & Inside • Garage & Carport • Windows • Doors • Light fittings and visible Electrical Installations • Electrical Installations – Pre-Paid Meters • Other installations (DSTV/alarms) • Entrance, Lobbies and Foyers • Kitchens: Tiles, Basin Area, Stove, Cupboards. • Bathroom: Tiles, Shower, Bath, Toilet, Hand Basin. • Passages • Lounge /TV Room areas • Stairs • Other Rooms • Building Surrounds • And Any areas as stipulated in the Memorandum of Agreement. Services are Disigned to suit your specific needs.... If Letting agency or owner doesn’t receive monthly reports and there are alternate damages to the property that was not reported or noted upon in the previous report then we will take responsibility of the cost up to R 5 000.00.
