We are a service provider in the Asset/property Management for the property owner letting out his/her property, in the Commercial, Retail, Industrial as well as Private sector.
If Letting agency or owner doesn’t receive monthly reports and there are alternate damages to the property that was not reported or noted upon in the previous reports then we (the responsible Assessor) WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COST UP TO R 5000.00. This excludes malicious damages from the previous assessment till the next assessment, normal wear and tear, in the case that access was denied, or due to an act of God.
We will do monthly assessments on your rental property and will report back to you ( Including Photos and Charts) on the following:
•Monthly Assessments On Rental Houses And Monthly Report Back To The Client On The Following Shortfalls.
•Report Any Sign Of Abuse, Vandalism Or Neglect.
•Check Pre-Paid Meter Tampering.
•Report Any Repairs To Be Done Inside Or Outside Buildings Or Structures Due To Normal Wear Or Abuse.
•Report Any Signs Or Suspicion Of Tenant Planning To Leave.
•Report Sub-Letting Or Suspicion Of Sub-Letting.
•Do Pre-Occupational Assessments Of Property And Report to the Client
To do cleaning/maintenance of premises on departure, or do pre-occupation cleaning at an additional cost.
•Do assessment of property before departure and report to the Client.
•Report on visible health and safety issues.
